1. Photograph the property fully, showing all the key features as well as all rooms inside, and all exterior views. This package includes shooting with a still camera and a video camera, to make a final short video on the property viewable on the Internet.
2. This package includes two hours of shooting time.
3. For key rooms such as "rooms with a view," we take the extra steps to make sure that the view through the window is visible in the picture as well as the room itself. This may require extensive computer work.
4. Some areas may require a Panorama picture to fully appreciate the property such as the back yard or a view. We can include one of these special pictures if requested, but often times a panning video covers this feature.
5. All photos and short video pans will be uploaded as a video file on a web page solely dedicated to this one property. The agent and contact information will be included on the page. All you need to do is put a link to this web page on your main listing web site and any other site you wish.
6. All still photos will be available to the agent for use in their web site listings and other purposes.

Time - Our basic package includes two hours of shooting, this usually is adequate for an average home. A large property or request for numerous shots may cause another hour to be added. Additional hours are $50 an hour.
Distance - Our base area is Woodland. There is no extra charge for all of Yolo County. For Sacramento and Solano Counties add $10. For Placer County add $15. Please request a quote for other counties.
Additional Panoramas - if more than one panorama is required they are $10 for each additional panorama.
Twilight Shoot - A very beautiful style of architectural photography is the "Twilight Shot." This requires that the photography be done just after sunset. This is usually combined with the basic shoot being done a couple of hours before twilight. Add $50 for a twilight shot.
Adding in a new sky - It still an ethical procedure to add in a better looking sky in the main front view of the house. Espically if it is a "Twilight Shot." This is done in Photoshop. It requires some time to accomplish. The result is very pleasing to the consumer. Add $15 to add in a new sky. Keep in mind that all power lines, trees, etc. must remain in the shot to maintain truth in advertising.
